The nursing trolley comprises a trolley body, a handle, a medicine cell and a medical waste recovery case. The medicine cell is arranged at the upper end of the left of the trolley body, a plurality of small medicine cells are arranged in the medicine cell, a medicine cell sealing cover is arranged on the upper side of the medicine cell, two layers of medicine cabinet drawers are arranged on the lower side of the medicine cell, the handle is arranged on the left of the medicine cell, a sundries case is arranged on the right of the medicine cell, the medical waste recovery case is arranged in the sundries case, the medicine cell sealing cover is arranged at the upper end of the sundries case, and universal wheels are arranged on the periphery of the lower end of the trolley body. 
The nursing trolley has the advantages that the structure is simple, and the usage is reliable; medicine can be classified and stored carefully, cross infection between patients due to leaving about of medicine can be prevented, requirements of medical personnel can be met well, and convenience is brought to working of medical personnel.
