Pulling the “T” shaped pole under “arm rest”, swing out at the same time, loosen it to suitable position, then to adjust “arm rest” angle. Otherwise to swing it in.

Presses “pole”, foot support can be tuned by gas spring, then loosen it at suitable position. Otherwise, press “pole” when press “foot support” at the same time, loosen “pole” then turn it to original place.

Turn the “tightening screw” anti-clockwise, swing out the “foot support” at the same time which can adjust foot support angle left and right.
